Fresh ideas is based in Grampian House, Aberdeen and is led by Managing Director Joyce Scott. The company was established over 25 years ago (initially called NW Graphics) and was one of the first companies in the sector to provide web development services when the internet first became available. We continue today to offer online and offline graphic design and web development services to clients from a wide range of sectors including Oil & Gas, Retail, Local Government and Medical. We have also expanded our portfolio of services to include marketing & PR in order to provide a comprehensive service to companies that want to streamline and consolidate their activities through single source supplying. Fresh ideas begin at home In keeping with our principle of bringing ‘fresh ideas’ to our clients, we have also introduced some fresh ideas to our business model to ensure we remain competitive and have access to fresh talent. We have achieved this by streamlining our in-house team and complementing their skills with a selection of UK-based specialists and consultants who work closely with us on projects. In this way we are able to offer highly competitive rates to our clients whilst ensuring we always have access to new pools of talent. Account Management It is the policy of Fresh ideas to appoint a senior member of our team to each client as Account Manager. This ensures a high level of consistency is maintained throughout each project and helps develop excellent customer relationships. |
